1. Sizing & Adjustments
Please confirm your ring size carefully before ordering. If a resizing is required after delivery, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, as well as a $100 restring fee.
2. Diamond Setting Integrity
Our rings are set with precision, yet gemstones may loosen under strong impact. If a diamond comes loose within 7 days of delivery, we will cover return shipping and resetting. After 7 days, customers are responsible for return shipping; resetting will be performed free of charge.
3. Surface Restoration
Our signature satin finish may develop fine scratches with wear. Should you wish to have the surface professionally refinished, you are responsible for shipping the ring to our studio. Refinishing service is provided free of charge.
